About Me

My photo
I live on purpose. Meaning, I have a purposeful life. Nearly 28 years in every branch of the United States Army. Successful business owner, Avid student, Insightful teacher, Staunch Advocate, Fierce competitor and overall Social butterfly. I am a full-time teacher and student, I give as good as I get while continually evolving into what I will actually be known and remembered for once I no longer grace the visible plane. Learning vicariously through the actions of others has served me well, and helped me to get immersed in a vast arena of pursuits over the years. I cherish my internal solitude, while nourishing my social butterfly nature. I simply. . . AM! As said by Yoda. . . Do, or do not do. There is no try. So, Eat live to live well, sing like you're in the shower, dance like no ones watching, love like you've never been hurt and eat the rainbow without counting calories.

Mostly About me!

First and foremost, I am a spiritual being having an amazing human experience.

My life has been graced by many that we mere mortals consider famous.  Louise Hay, Shakti Gawain, Alissa Cohen, David "Avocado" Wolfe, Russell Price, David-Dorian Ross, Edgar Morris, Harold "The Fusion" Torain, Roy Ayers and Yancyy.  The writings of Barbara Brennan, Maya Angelou, Norman Vincent Peale, Florence Scovil Shinn and Khalil Gibran have propelled me always forward through my existence.

These folks and many more have made it possible for me to be the ONE that I am today at this moment in time.

Life is good but living is without question the most amazing thing one can do with the life you have been given.

My two grown sons and three small tokens of lineage are the reason that I had a goal set for myself many, many years ago.  David Avocado Wolfe said that his goal was to be 16 forever.  I laughed because I think I was miserable at 16.  But my goal is just as lofty.  It is to die completely healthy.  To have the presence of mind and physical attributes that will enable me to serve and grow to immeasurable heights of living and fulfillment!

This is truly to have lived.
